Course Cancellation, Rescheduling & Payment Policy
Nancy Johnson Fitness (NJF) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, instructor illness, severe weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is cancelled by NJF, participants will have the option to transfer to another available course date or receive a full refund.
All course registrations and payments are final sale. Participants are responsible for confirming their availability before registering and submitting payment.
Requests to reschedule a confirmed registration are subject to a $125 + GST rescheduling fee and are based on course availability. All rebooking requests must be made within 90 days of the original registration date.
Participants arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and will be required to rebook into a future course date.
Public courses are designed as group learning environments. NJF does not provide one-on-one instruction within public course registrations. If enrollment is too low for a course to operate effectively, NJF reserves the right to reschedule participants into another available course date.
These policies are in place to support fair scheduling, instructor availability, participant safety, and a high-quality training experience for all students.
